Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at – support@bharatecomerce.com and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
